Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders in the back office system.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and inventory.
• Prepare reports and assist in data analysis to improve operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with database management systems and ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
