Job Title: Mid-Senior Level Software Developer (MEAN Stack)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Mid-Senior Level Software Developer with a strong focus on the MEAN stack to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in building, maintaining, and scaling robust web and application-based solutions while contributing to technical leadership and mentorship within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain web and application-based solutions across the full software development life cycle
• Contribute to the design, architecture, and final implementation of the platform
• Invent flexible, adaptable, and scalable solutions to challenging technical problems that meet future business needs
• Participate in and lead code reviews to uphold code quality standards
• Assist in writing and executing test cases to ensure software reliability
• Conduct feasibility analysis and project optimization through detailed planning
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership and guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery
• Assist in identifying and driving process improvement initiatives
