As a backend developer, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable backend systems for new and existing products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage modern technologies—including AI-assisted coding tools—to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead backend architecture design and development for new projects, from concept to production
- Build and optimize backend services using Go (Golang) and related frameworks and middleware
- Apply AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Gemini CLI, Claude Code) to improve development efficiency and code quality
- Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth system integration
- Mentor and support team members by sharing backend best practices and technical insights
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions
- Continuously improve system performance, stability, and scalability by adopting new technologies and tools
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Go (Golang)
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, common frameworks, middleware, and distributed systems
- Practical experience using AI programming tools to enhance development productivity
- Familiarity with frontend development workflows (HTML5, JavaScript) and effective frontend–backend collaboration
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and an innovative mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude
- Passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving technical skills
