The Senior Backend Developer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of server-side logic. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that the engine room of the application is robust, secure, and lightning-fast.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance microservices using Spring Boot.

• Develop and document RESTful or GraphQL APIs that are intuitive for frontend consumption.

• Optimize complex SQL queries and manage schema migrations for relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.

• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high test coverage (JUnit, Mockito).

• Guide junior and mid-level developers, helping them navigate complex technical hurdles.
