Job Purpose Summary
The role is responsible for driving premium income and achieving sales targets within an assigned geographical region or network of panel financial institutions. This role requires strategic market ownership, high-impact engagement with Bank Branch Managers and staff, and disciplined sales execution to maximize the performance of the bancassurance channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for panel financial institutions within the area. Foster strong productive relationship through regular visitation and provide sales support service to panel financial institutions.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation via bank referrals, needs analysis, quotation, proposal, to policy issuance and post-sale follow-up.
- Drive assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for Life insurance products across the designated area.
- Manage and close complex, high-net-worth (HNW) cases and secure key referrals from the bank's top relationship managers.
- Implement robust programs to generate a consistent flow of high-quality insurance referrals from bank staff.
