Bancassurance, Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Bancassurance Executive to support and manage the day-to-day operational functions of our bancassurance business. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operational processes, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders and insurance partners, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily bancassurance operational activities.
• Support sales campaigns, telemarketing initiatives, and business development programs.
• Coordinate with insurance partners and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory, audit, and company requirements.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in insurance, bancassurance, banking operations, customer service, or related fields will have an added advantage.
• Good understanding of insurance operations, regulatory requirements, and bancassurance concepts.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
