What You Will Expect:
Responsible for driving the achievement of Bancassurance business targets for the assigned region, while providing coaching and ongoing support to the Bank's sales staff and branch network.
What You Will Do:
- To ensure the branch achieve the target given by management - Regular Premium and Single Premium.
- To monitor production and visitation schedule for Bancassurance Consultants (BC).
- To conduct product training for BC and bank executives in their respective branches.
- To support bank branches on their activities to promote Bancassurance products on weekdays or weekends such as Wealth Planning event, Roadshow & etc.
- To ensure sales & support and marketing team consistently track outstanding cases, claims settlement and all pending cases.
- To conduct weekly meetings with BC to review their performance and progress.
- To maintain a good teamwork amongst staffs.
- To ensure compliance as per company and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Bancassurance sales / Relationship Manager / Personal Banker or equivalent.
- Passionate for sales.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral).
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
