Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Captain at Hotel Royal Signature, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Bar Captain will oversee daily operations of the bar, manage and train bar staff to ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of beverage preparation and presentation. They will also manage inventory, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborate with the team to drive sales and meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Expertise in Food & Beverage operations, including beverage preparation and presentation
- Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and customer interactions
- Experience in Training and supervising staff in bar operations
- Sales skills to drive revenues and achieve business targets
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prior experience in managing bar operations, preferably in a hospitality environment
