Summary
As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the outlet in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of associates, guests, and owners. You will oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, high-quality beverage offerings, and operational excellence. The role includes managing inventory, controlling costs, achieving financial targets, and leading the bar team while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
- Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Work experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager within hotels or luxury restaurants is preferred.
- Strong understanding of bar operations, including beverage preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations effectively.
