Barista (Nonhalal) | Mont Kiara (Malaysian Only)

Job Description

• Ensure customer pleasant experience.

Set & maintain standards according to company requirements for all product preparations.

• Train & lead team to communicate product uniqueness to customers.

Maintain outlet cash handling procedures.

• Set & maintain standards practice for relevant health & safety standards; equipment usage & maintenance.

Maintain standards for outlet cleanliness.

• Maintaining outlet inventory & stock.

Ensure smooth operation of outlet.

• Conduct training & guidance for subordinates.

Conduct consumer classes occasionally.

• Seasonal beverage creation.

In charge of outlet performance.

• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

• Requirements

• Able to communicate in Mandarin & English.

6 working days per week (shift rotation).

• OT & Shift required.

Ability to work proactively and independently.

• Great communication skills.

Contains Alcohol.

• Malaysian only.

Training and Statutory will be provided.
