This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Penang, Malaysia. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, such as coffee and tea, according to customers preferences. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer experiences, managing daily food preparation tasks, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace, and handling customer transactions efficiently. The role also involves working collaboratively as part of a team to uphold quality service standards.

• Proficiency in Barista skills, including preparing a variety of beverages
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure pleasant interactions with customers
• Interpersonal Skills to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in Food Preparation is a plus
• Ability to handle transactions and work with basic point-of-sale systems
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for delivering excellent service
