Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role located at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and cocktails, ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include interacting with guests, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, handling cash transactions efficiently, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience in Food & Beverage service and knowledge of bar operations and drink preparation.
- Competence in Bartending and cocktail crafting with attention to quality and presentation.
- Ability to handle Cash Transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Understanding of food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Prior experience in a hospitality bar setting is an advantage.
