Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender for a full-time on-site position at our location in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include crafting cocktails, maintaining the bar area, managing inventory, handling cash transactions, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The role also involves engaging with guests to enhance their experience and contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and positive guest experience.
• Proficiency in Bartending and Food & Beverage operations, including preparing and serving a wide variety of drinks and menu items.
• Experience in Cash Handling and maintaining financial accuracy during transactions.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food and beverage service.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
• Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
