Why does this job exist and why is it critical

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign strategy & execution
    • Design, plan and run segmented base campaigns using Salesforce CRM and campaign automation tools.
    • Define campaign objectives, offer mechanics, success criteria and timelines ensure campaign readiness (data, scripts, handoffs).
  • Telesales journey & tools optimisation
    • Identify salesjourney gaps and lead improvements to reduce friction for customers and telesales agents.
    • Drive SFDC and Genesis Cloud enhancements to improve agent productivity and campaign throughput.
  • Collaboration & stakeholder engagement
    • Work closely with Product, SPE, GTM, Digital Marketing and Usage & Retention to align offers and messaging with customer insights.
    • Manage relationships with outbound telesales partners to ensure consistent execution and KPI delivery.
  • Performance management & optimisation
    • Leverage campaign and telesales data from SFDC and GC to monitor performance, run experiments (A/B) and recommend optimisation actions.
    • Produce actionable insights and regular performance reports for leadership.
  • Programme & project delivery
    • Manage endtoend campaign lifecycles, ensuring ontime delivery and meeting performance goals.
    • Drive automation and scaling initiatives to increase repeatability and campaign output.

Qualifications & experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or related field. Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in campaign management, sales operations, telesales optimisation or business growth strategy - preferably in telecommunications or B2B/SME environments. Proven track record managing outbound telesales partners and delivering measurable performance improvements.
  • Technical skills:
    • Strong experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and campaign automation.
    • Experience with Genesis Cloud (GC) platform implementation/optimisation preferred.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query, advanced functions).
    • BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and strong PowerPoint skills for presenting insights.
