Job Overview:

We are looking for a Base Management Specialist to take customer retention and engagement to the next level. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that strengthen loyalty, reduce churn, and grow customer lifetime value. You will be at the centre of designing upsell campaigns, preventing downgrades, and ensuring our customers stay delighted.

Your work life:

Customer Engagement & Retention Build programs that increase loyalty and lifetime value, delivering offers and experiences that matter.

Upsell, Downgrade & Churn Prevention Design, launch, and optimise campaigns to drive upsell revenue and reduce attrition.

CRM Ownership Use CRM tools to track customer journeys, segment audiences, and personalise campaigns.

Data & Insights Build models or work with analytics teams to generate financial/analytical insights, with regular reporting and optimisation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and the wider base management team to align campaigns with business objectives.

Gather and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and policies.

To be considered, you'll need:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Experience: 5 - 8 years experience in a consumer-facing company performing similar responsibilities.

Skills:

o Proven track record in base management, retention, or churn reduction.

o Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and campaign management platforms.

o Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

o Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
