Job Description

Job Title: IT Technical Customer Support (Level- 1) (Fixed Night Shift)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Extendable)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift Work: 9 hour shift (5 days per week)

Shift Type: Fixed Night Shift (7:00 PM- 4:00 AM/ 8:00 PM- 5:00 AM/ 9:00 PM- 6:00 AM)

Work Experience: Fresh Graduates/ Diploma Holders who possess Fluent English Communication Skills and Hold Basic Computer Literacy/ IT Knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues via phone, email, or chat using technical knowledge and communication skills.
  • Troubleshoot problems with applications, products, and vendors.
  • Document customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Communicate effective technical solutions to customers in simple terms.
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to resolve problems.
  • Stay updated with new technologies, products, and platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma Degree
  • 03 years of experience in IT Technical/ Customer Support.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
