Job Responsibility
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (inbound call, email, and live chat
- Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
- Continuously identify work process improvements
- Provide better customer service experience to each of our client to solve his/her issues (platform service, compliant, booking issue, change information/request, refund and etc.)
- Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
- You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM level or above
- Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Cantonese (Speak and listen)
- Fluent in Traditional Mandarin and English (verbal, read, typing)
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (with 2 rotational offday)
- Willing to commit 24 hours rotational shift (Morning shift, noon shift, and night shift)
- Willing to commit on 9 hours of work per day (included 1 hour break)
- Able to work in Office, Subang Jaya (fully on-site)
- Preferable to start working on 09 September 2024
Job Benefits
RM 4,700 Basic + Up to RM 300 KPI + RM 20 per day (night shift allowance 10pm-6am)
