Involved in the entire recruitment process, encompassing tasks like reaching out to potential candidates, reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, managing assessments, and verifying references.
Collaborate with the Manager to formulate and implement effective search tactics.
Build a proactive pool of potential candidates.
Deliver timely and precise market insights to the manager to support initiatives aimed at strengthening the Company's recruitment reputation.
Cold call potential candidates to introduce job opportunities, gauge their interest, and assess their suitability for current or future roles.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry standards to provide relevant and timely insights.
Job Requirements
Proficient in both English and Mandarin. (Cantonese is the plus point)
Microsoft Office literate (Words, PowerPoint, Excel)
Potential talent should have a self starter attitude, willing to take on new challenges, and also exhibit the willingness to learn.
Independent and have a strong sense of ownership.
Have a passion for dealing with people, and possess strong communication/ written skills.
Well organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
Open to someone who's fresh or possesses min 1 year of experience in recruitment.
