Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist and provide strategic and tactical operations plan based on research and information

gathered from related stakeholders and ensure IT is executed accordingly

  • Assist in developing and research on new proposals / studies of new initiatives and

programmes

  • Draft contract and agreement based on terms discussed
  • Initiate and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain strong relationship with government, agencies, partners, customer and other

stakeholders

  • Assist in developing, providing ideas, drafting and execute initiatives / programmes
  • Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with various stakeholders
  • Assist in coordinating and managing director activities and initiatives
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when assigned
  • Developing, Monitor and ensure SOP is been followed and enhanced accordingly
  • Monitor the service delivery quality to ensure we deliver the highest level of customer

service experience

  • Review programs with a view to continual improvement of training programs that is in line

with the industry needs

  • Plans, organizes and controls the internal administration of an organisation and participates

in formulating the administrative and human resource policies of the organisation.

  • Devises procedure for ensuring the adequacy of information and communication channels

within the company and initiates studies of the organisation, including work methods.

  • Ensure that the Malaysia legal and statutory requirements of the company are met and

furnishes statements on these subjects as required,

  • Negotiates and deals with suppliers of business services such as office supplies.
  • General Office Management, management of Administration Staff and finance
  • Monitoring office budget, and keep track of expenses record
  • Preparing utilities and payroll checks and government reports


Job Requirements

  • Enjoy working independently with KPI and timeline
  • Good in interpersonal skills
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Have your own transport

Job Benefits

  • Monthly salary: Up to RM 8000
