Job Responsibilities
- Documentation Control Overseeing and managing all aircraft check-related documentation. This includes transferring log defects or new tasks into non-routine cards in TRAX system.
- Audit Control: Conduct checks to ensure the completeness of documentation after approval holders have closed the cards in TRAX system.
- Approved maintenance documents Navigating through various sources, such as Boeing Fleets, Airbus World, AMM, SRM, IPC, and vendor manuals/SB to access and utilize approved maintenance documents.
- Materials Control Coordinating with customers, purchasing and logistics teams on materials needs and ensure alignment with project timelines. This includes tracking of parts/materials, appropriately tagging removed parts as per customer requirements, and handling credit back unused parts.
- System Updating Responsible for updating customer system (e.g., SAP,TRAX,DeltaLMS) accurately and promptly before the aircraft's release.(Need to provide training)
- Material Monitoring: Coordinate with Operations/customers to track the movement of components or spares, whether to in-house support shops, outhouse vendors or other distribution points. Update the customer's system accordingly and ensure timely arrival of spares, including components for loan or exchange, meeting milestone target.
- Reporting: Providing summaries of deferred defect logs, component changes, structural repair cards and any customer-specific requirements.
- Meeting: Attend progress meetings and material status update meetings to keep all stakeholders informed about the latest developments.
- Such other duties as assigned by Project Planner or Customer Success Leads to support the overall success of the project.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Aviation, Engineering or related field, with a proven experience in planning maintenance activities and coordinating workflow efficiently.
- Proficient in raising and managing maintenance cards and work orders.
- Skilled in meticulous record keeping and documentation of maintenance activities.
- Experience in auditing closed paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and coordinate the ordering and tracking of spares inventory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and other MS Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Familiarity with MRO-specific software systems, experience with additional MRO systems will be an advantage.
