Job Title: Developer - Backend (BE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to support and maintain digital banking applications within an L3 support environment. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, enhancing backend services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement of digital banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 support for digital banking applications, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using J2EE and Spring-based frameworks
Support integration components and services (e.g., Camel, CXF)
Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless system integration
Perform bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements in production systems
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and environment support
Prepare technical documentation and management reports Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Required Skills:
Proficiency in J2EE, JSP, Spring, and Spring Boot
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle databases
Experience with Unix scripting and working in Unix/Linux environments (HPUX, Linux, Solaris)
Understanding of web technologies: JavaScript, CSS, XML
Familiarity with integration frameworks such as Apache Camel (CXF)
Experience with WebLogic Portal and TeamSite (LSCS, LSDS)
Basic knowledge of React JS or frontend technologies
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with React Native Exposure to Spring Batch processing
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of Agile development practices
Experience in digital banking or financial services systems
Knowledge of management reporting and monitoring tools
