Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive beauty consultations to comprehend customers preferences and requirements.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for skincare and beauty products based on individual needs.
  • Mentor and guide Beauty Advisors, ensuring thorough product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining high service standards.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets using effective product knowledge and upselling techniques.
  • Analyze sales trends, devise strategies, and implement tactics to optimize revenue.
  • Stay updated on beauty and skincare trends, new product launches, and industry advancements.
  • Develop and translate training materials, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines for superior service quality.
  • Identify training needs for business partners, design training and development plans accordingly.
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions, imparting product knowledge to business partners.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
  • Maintain an attractive, organized, and well-stocked beauty department.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing product displays.
  • Participate in the product development process and ensure adherence to the product portfolio's compliance standards.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a beauty advisory role.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in beauty or skincare is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor others effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and assisting customers in feeling confident and beautiful.
  • Positive and energetic demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
  • Immediate availability.
