Job Responsibility
- Report to Clinic Manager or Director
- Provide receptionist duties at front counter
- Apply patient care and excellent customer service
- Provide Facial Treatment and Extraction
- Responsible to sale product and treatment to patient
- Prepare and dispense medication
- Assist doctors during consultation and aesthetic procedures
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into clinic management software
- Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
- Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management (e.g marketing, promotional campaign on social media)
