Role Summary
We are seeking passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join Guerlain as Part-Time Beauty Advisors / Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you will represent Guerlain's luxury heritage by providing exceptional service, product expertise, and memorable experiences to customers, ensuring the brand's values and standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxurious and personalized customer experience in line with Guerlain standards.
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell Guerlain fragrance, skincare, and makeup products.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain clienteling records to encourage repeat business.
- Support in-store events, launches, and promotional activities.
- Maintain excellent grooming, merchandising, and counter cleanliness that reflects Guerlain's brand image.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets as assigned.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed.
Requirements
- Prior retail / beauty / luxury sales experience preferred (fragrance, skincare, or cosmetics experience an advantage).
- Strong passion for luxury beauty and customer service excellence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, embodying Guerlain elegance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and during promotional periods.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
