Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Beauty Therapist to join our team on-site in Melaka. In this role, you will provide professional and personalized skincare treatments and advice to our clients based on their needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting consultations, performing facials and other advanced skincare treatments, recommending appropriate products, and maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace. Additionally, you will promote our brand values by fostering trust and enhancing the well-being of our clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in providing a range of skincare treatments, including facials and other therapeutic methods.
• Knowledge of skin health, dermatological products, and science-backed skincare practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver personalized client care and product recommendations.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of hygiene and professionalism.
• Experience in customer service or retail, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry, is a plus.
• A recognized qualification or certification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
