Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Therapist at The Luxe Clinic. The Beauty Therapist will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments and services to clients, including cosmetology, hair removal, laser hair removal, customer service, and skin care. The role involves enhancing the beauty and confidence of clients through personalized treatments and services.
Requirement
- Ability to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia as this candidate will be engaging with customer. (Being able to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus).
- Experience as a therapist/beautician/aesthetician/nurse is a plus.
- Well-groomed with a friendly personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and service attitude.
Responsibility
- Perform aesthetic treatments with high standards of customer service.
- Perform skin/body/hair analysis for new and existing customers.
- Prepare necessary arrangements for doctors before treatment.
- Take records of customers physical assessment upon registering.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
- Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages to customers.
- Handle customers requests and inquiries when necessary.
