Role Description

This is a full-time Behavioral Therapist role, located on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will assess clients needs, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress to achieve individual goals. You will work closely with clients, including children, to provide guidance and support tailored to their specific behavioral and developmental needs. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining accurate documentation will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis techniques
• Background in Psychology and experience working with children
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients and families
• Ability to effectively develop intervention plans and record progress
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology or Behavior Analysis)
• Relevant certifications in behavioral therapy or ABA are a plus
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are advantageous)
