Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Bellman will be responsible for assisting guests upon arrival and departure, managing luggage with care, and performing receptionist duties. Daily responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and coordinating effectively with the front desk and other departments. Maintaining a welcoming and professional presence in the hotel lobby and providing concierge services will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences and address inquiries professionally.
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and guest interaction to ensure a seamless arrival and departure process.
• Knowledge of Luggage handling procedures with attention to detail and the ability to ensure guest property is treated with care.
• Capability to adapt and continuously learn, with a willingness to participate in ongoing Training and development programs.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior hospitality or front office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
