Role Overview
This role bridges innovation, technical expertise, and commercial execution. You will translate market trends and customer insights into practical beverage solutions, while supporting sales growth through product application, training, and customer engagement.
You will play a key role in driving beverage innovation, supporting business expansion, and delivering value-added solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales Support
- Support the Sales & Marketing Team in customer acquisition and account development
- Present and introduce Eciatto's products, concepts, and applications to clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored beverage solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution pitches
- Deliver solution-based selling to grow product mix and account value
2. Beverage Innovation & Product Development
- Develop new beverage recipes and applications aligned with market trends
- Translate consumer insights into innovative drinks, concepts, and menus
- Manage costing and profitability for beverage creations
- Support customers in developing new menu offerings
- Contribute to long-term innovation pipeline and concept development
3. Technical Support & Training
- Provide barista and technical training to customers and partners
- Conduct product demonstrations and application workshops
- Ensure customers can effectively use Eciatto products
- Support new product launches and in-market activation
4. Commercial Execution & Market Development
- Drive foodservice growth and volume expansion
- Execute promotional activities and campaigns
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Participate in trade shows, events, and industry activations
5. Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Handle customer feedback, service, and complaint resolution
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase profitability and engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista, Bartender, or in F&B industry (Hotel or Cafe experience is an advantage)
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage, or related field
- Strong skills in beverage creation, coffee, or mixology
- Proven ability in customer engagement and sales support
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer relationship management capabilities
- Good understanding of market trends and industry insights
- Willing to travel frequently
- Basic computer literacy
