About the Role
This role is responsible for driving sales growth by managing existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities within the beverage segment. You will work closely with cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other foodservice operators to provide tailored beverage solutions, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while actively identifying new business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and recommending suitable beverage solutions.
- Drive sales growth by expanding product penetration and introducing new products and concepts.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and support tender submissions where required.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Support inventory planning through sales forecasting and demand updates.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and visit reports while achieving assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within the beverage, foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
- Strong ability to develop new business while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Experience selling beverage ingredients, beverage solutions, or foodservice products is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Commercially driven with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel regularly to meet customers and support business development activities.
