The FMCG, Fast Moving Consumer Goods team drives growth across everyday essentials, from personal care to health and beauty. We partner with leading brands and sellers to deliver seamless, engaging shopping experiences that make TikTok Shop a trusted destination for daily needs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for various projects related to merchants, products, budget strategies.
- Analyse and develop insights into market trends and growth opportunities.
- Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for market; evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs.
- Develop workflows, build and monitor operational indexes.
- Budget planning and management, including cost efficiency tracking.
- Monitor the merchant ecosystem; discover high-potential merchants and explosive new product opportunities; while being alert with risks.
- Work cross-functionally to align goals, resources, strategies, and implementations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting firm or FMCG/ecommerce industry or market research and business analytics.
- Experience in commercial planning, analytics, and budget planning.
- Proficient abilities in Excel, SQL and/or other data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with the eCommerce Industry and/or commercial strategy roles.
- Familiar with eCommerce in Malaysia Market.
