Work with business users to gather requirements, data discovery to understand the data and provide insights and analytics solution based on best practices and optimum performance.
Responsible for the full cycle of development and implementation of analytics solutions using modernized visualization tools.
Prepare necessary documents related to the new and existing business intelligence implementation.
Ensure analytic solution results are correct as per source data and perform necessary validation to ensure the data consistency.
Support the integration of data source systems as part of the data pipeline in data lake and visualization tool.
Maintain and administer business intelligence platform to ensure system availability.
Enhance and fine tune the business intelligence platform performance for optimum usage.
Improve compliance and control of the analytics solution delivered.
Work and collaborate with infrastructure, network and operation team to address technical architecture issue and requests.
Support incident and change requests on production dashboards and provide timely resolutions.
Provide end user training to business users and PBI training to enable self-service for business users.
Requirements:
Minimum degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related discipline.
Minimum 5 years hands on experience in Qlik development.
Comprehensive knowledge in Data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization.
Possess strong data modelling skills and understands data based on business process.
Experience in data preparation, data gateway and data warehousing projects.
Experience in using advanced level calculations and data sets.
Demonstrate ability to drive and solve analytics queries with the business users.
Demonstrate ability to work with geographically distributed teams in a global environments.
Demonstrate ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing solutions and solving problems.
