JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Data Analyst to manage Quarterly Costed BOM Cycle. The procurement data analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining CBOM data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness to support procurement operations. This role involves close collaboration with EMS partners to enhance data precision and works closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement and Purchasing. This role acts as a critical link between internal stakeholders and external Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) partners to drive operational precision, minimize supply chain disruptions, and support robust data-driven decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Quarterly Costed BOM Cycle, which includes activities such as price sharing, component price validation, kit analysis, and kit price roll up.
• Execute quarterly reconciliation activities, including Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Inventory Revaluation, ad-hoc claims and payment settlements.
• Support the database upload and data maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Suites. Advance Excel is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and possess good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Self-motivated, assertive and results driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
