Job Responsibility
- Prepare POD Submission, Pricing, issue invoices and related documentation.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry and answering inquiries.
- Perform ad hoc task assigned by superior.
- Check and follow up with Customer Service (CS) for any outstanding.
- Assist in checking document for ISO documentation.
- Reporting to Head of Billing Department
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Accounting or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Computer literate and knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Responsible, independent, and willing to learn
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
