About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator (Architectural) to manage and oversee BIM workflows for a high-profile Data Centre project in Sg. Buloh.
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and clash-free architectural models while coordinating closely with C&S, M&E, and specialist teams to deliver precise construction-ready models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Architectural BIM modelling and coordination activities.
- Review, integrate, and validate architectural models from consultants, contractors, and BIM modellers.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with C&S, M&E, and other disciplines.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project standards.
- Provide technical guidance to BIM modellers and support updates, revisions, and design changes.
- Maintain BIM documentation, model version control, and audits throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in design coordination meetings to address architectural issues, sequencing, and integration.
- Support 4D/5D BIM integration to assist construction planning and progress monitoring.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
- 48 years of experience in BIM coordination for architectural discipline.
- Proficient in Revit Architecture, Navisworks, and architectural BIM workflows.
- Experience in Data Centre, industrial, or large commercial projects is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction sequences, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
