One of largest and oldest construction and engineering company is seeking a
BIM Coordinator cum Modeller to join the team. This role involves coordinated multidisciplinary BIM models, performed clash detection, and ensured project compliance with BIM standards to support efficient construction delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Prepare construction drawings, detailed drawings, and shop drawings from BIM models.
- Update and ensure model accuracy based on design changes and project requirements.
- Coordinate BIM models with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Perform clash detection in Navisworks, resolve coordination issues, and manage RFIs until closure.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination or modelling. Experience in building construction projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial, industrial, high-rise, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and construction workflows.
