Develop and maintain 3D models and detailed drawings using BIM software (such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD 3D);
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated designs;
Manage BIM project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule;
Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in the design process to prevent issues during construction;
Prepare and present model documentation for stakeholder review and approval;
Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM-related technologies and processes;
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and software advancements in BIM;
Contribute to the development of BIM standards and protocols within the organization;
Materials quantity take-off from BIM and CAD model.
Requirement
Minimum Degree holder;
Minimum 1-year working experience in construction project in Semiconductor, Microelectronics, Biopharma, F&B, Data Centre or related industries.
Proficient in CAD or BIM using AutoCAD/Revit/Naviswork.
Strong knowledge of industrial building systems for Mechanical (Cleanroom, HVAC or ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing)/Electrical (HV, LV, ELV, BMS or FMCS)/Process (CDA, Vacuum, Gas, Chemical, RO/DI water, Wastewater, Scrubber, Exhaust systems).
