Job Summary:

We currently have vacancy for BIM Modeler (Civil & Structural) to be based at our Bukit Jalil City, Kuala Lumpur office.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for structural and civil elements (foundations, superstructure, roads, drainage, earthworks, utilities, etc.)
Generate and update construction drawings, schedules, and documentation from the BIM model.
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve clashes and interface issues between structural, civil, and other disciplines.
Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and protocols
Support engineers in design visualisation, quantity take-off, and technical submissions.
Assist in setting up project workflows, libraries, and templates for structural and civil works.
Collaborate with site teams to provide updated BIM information for construction stages.
(Senior Level) Managing the BIM model development process, including setting up project workflows, coordinating with other stakeholders, developing schedules for design reviews, and arranging tasks for junior BIM coordinator / BIM Engineer.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field, or Certification in BIM management or coordination
Experience in BIM modelling and coordination for structural and civil projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structural & Civil), Civil 3D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Familiarity with BIM standards
Strong understanding of structural detailing, reinforcement modelling, and civil infrastructure design.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
