Job Summary
Responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models to support design and construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update BIM models using Revit/AutoCAD.
- Coordinate models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve design conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards (LOD, BEP, ISO 19650).
- Prepare drawings, reports, and track model progress.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 13 years BIM experience (fresh grads with strong skills welcome).
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
