JOB SCOPE

1. Responsible in the overall implementation of the BIM plan.

2. Laise with Senior Project Manager on BIM execution based on project needs and requirements.

3. Responsible on the coordination drawing/technical issues for the projects.

4. Responsible in creating 3D models and preparing related drawings/documents as per schedule, ensuring good quality.

5. Responsible on the execution and maintain the BIM execution plan.

6. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant statutory bodies as required.

7. Continuously review BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables.

8. Ensure the BIM model is produced according to the required standards.

9. Responsible on the updating BIM model throughout the entire project.

10. Responsible in the developing each trade family.

11. Help manage the preparation of component families and models.

12. Identify and help solve interdisciplinary problems.

13. Assist in executing the model coordination process within each discipline.

14. Responsible for the BIM data storage and sharing.

15. Use Navisworks for clash detection.

16. Responsible in design analysis and simulation.

17. Export walkthrough animation files as needed.
