Responsibilities
1. Support product demo meetings, including but not limited to technical demand exploration, product demo, Q&A, etc.
2. Provide product professional training to product users; monitor product usage of key clients and improve customer satisfaction through various approaches.
3. Provide project guidance for key clients based on business needs.
4. Prepare technical materials for demo and training purposes.
5. Collaborate with team members on marketing events.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related disciplines; preferred skill (s): BIM expertise, digital construction
2.Excellent communication skills, pressure resistance, teamwork spirit and relationship-building ability; strong sense of purpose and prominent customer-oriented mindset.
3.Strong self-learning ability and capacity to solve problems independently, with a proactive and optimistic attitude.
4. Proficiency in English; basic Mandarin skills are a plus.
