BIP Analyst

Site Name: Malaysia - Petaling Jaya Posted Date: Mar 26 2026 We are currently looking for a passionate BIP Analyst - Banking, Insurance and Payroll for our APAC Regional Hub based in Petaling Jaya. Other Key Responsibilities: Operationally hands-on Business Banking, Treasury, Insurance and Payroll close and reporting activities contributing Market's results. Execution of Internal Controls in accordance with GSK Internal Control Finance. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and other functions(e.g P2P,O2C, FRMC, Stat &Tax) to ensure successful month end close. Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible, and proactive manner. Propose process improvements on the BIP process. Resolve BIP accounting and reporting issues. Any ad-hoc request or additional activities as required by LOC and management team. Support other team members through knowledge transfer sharing of resource, knowledge and experience and best practice thereby ensuring quality is maintained. Support in projects and other ad-hoc activities: Provides support to external and internal audit. Ideally, we are looking for someone with: Degree with Finance / Accounting Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Financial Reporting / Auditing experience including areas on financial accounting, reporting and statutory filing, inter-company transactions, etc. Experience in working in Shared Service Centre in financial accounting or audit functions preferably in a multinational environment.
