About the Role
The role involves designing blockchain-based financial systems, conducting requirement analysis, and ensuring the delivery of compliant customer-facing solutions for Ant's global operations.
Responsibilities
- Design blockchain-based financial systems aligned with business growth under international compliance frameworks, integrating Ant International's payment and fintech business characteristics.
- Responsible for requirement analysis, feasibility assessment, and solution design for blockchain-based liquidity allocation products, delivering comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
- Establish standardized blockchain-based fund products, incorporating industry best practices to drive compliant customer-facing blockchain solutions for Ant's global operations.
- Research industry blockchain service models and promote product commercialization and penetration.
- Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure efficient delivery of requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end product development cycles from launch to operation, ensuring timeline adherence and quality control.
Qualifications
- Expertise in banking/international payment clearing & settlement. Priority given to candidates familiar with SWIFT and major national/regional clearing systems (e.g., China's CNAPS/CIPS, U.S. CHIPS/FEDWIRE, Hong Kong CHATS, EU SEPA/TARGET2).
- In-depth understanding of global blockchain trends and blockchain financial product standards.
- Proven experience in customer-facing product design, with knowledge of fintech workflows, business architecture, and regulatory policies.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional coordination skills, data-driven mindset, and holistic product vision.
- Team-oriented with resilience under pressure, demonstrating accountability and ownership.
- Preferred: Background in business/system architecture design.
- Fluency in English (written/spoken) and cross-cultural communication proficiency.
