Boilerman cum Facility Technician

-Carry out Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Corrective maintenance of facilities, building and surroundings

-Complete daily/weekly/monthly maintenance records

-Prepare report, make recommendations, solve maintenance related problems

-Identify the machine problem, provide feedback to Production, Maintenance and Engineering team

-Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly

-Take immediate action during machine breakdown and follow up with action

-Co-operate with Engineers for Major Problems

MUST TO HAVE:

-Min 3 years maintenance experience with focus on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance of facilities, building and surroundings

-Possesses Steam Boiler Driver's Certificate of Competency

-Strong explanation skills & consulting skills
