We are seeking a certified Boilerman to manage the daily operation, maintenance and safety of the steam boiler systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining process equipment and high-capacity steam boilers to ensure optimal plant performance, safety and compliance with local regulations.
What you will be doing:
- Operate and maintain high-capacity steam boilers in accordance with Boilerman standards.
- Monitor and control boiler systems including pressure, temperature and water levels.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of boiler systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements related to boiler operations.
- Conduct repairs and replace parts as necessary to meet inspection standards and ensure safe operation
- Execute additional tasks assigned by management.
What we are looking for:
- Possess valid Boilerman Grade 1 or Grade 2 Certificate issued by DOSH.
- At least 35 years of working experience in a manufacturing or process plant.
- Hands-on experience operating steam boilers and process equipment.
- Good understanding of safety standards and preventive maintenance.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts.
