Boutique Manager needed at Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur
Basic Salary : RM3500 - RM4500 + Commission
- Grooming Allowance: RM100.
- Shoes Allowance: RM200.
Job Description :
- Handle general operations of the store and ensure that it is executed in an efficient way.
- Driving Sales & KPI's.
- Ensure that the monthly sales targets and other business objectives are met with the help of proper management and organization techniques.
- Develop the store business and achieve objectives on all aspects (turnover, team development, brand image and customer recruitment & loyalty).
- Manage boutique operations in detail at daily, weekly and monthly levels and set up procedures as well as manages budget and stock inventory.
- Motivate, lead and coach the team to develop each potential.
- Represent the brand values, maintaining the correct appearance of store/counter.
- Ensure boutiques/counters are clean and tidy.
- Apply the brand selling method and service policy.
- Provide beauty advice to customers.
- Systematically looking for cross-axis sales, developing loyal customers.
- Showcase consumers application techniques and routines (make up, skincare).
- Provide appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
- Take care of counter/store merchandising, stock inventory.
- Adhere to brand grooming standards to display a professional demeanor.
- Ensure feedback and reporting to Retail Manager or head office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2-3 years of boutique management experience.
- Ability to communicate with HQ and the team sharing constructive feedbacks and clear strategies.
- Very good understanding and driving of retail performance KPIs.
- Engaging, positive and motivating communication skills.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
- Working Shift: shift work.
- Required to work on public holidays & weekend.
- 5 days a week, 2 days off
