SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We're seeking an exceptional Boutique Manager for Fauré Le Page —a leader with strong commercial instincts, a passion for client experience, and the ability to inspire high‑performing teams. As the face of our brand, you will elevate the client journey, strengthen customer loyalty, and drive the store's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and manage costs and staffing to maximise profit.
  • Lead service excellence, coach selling skills, and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Ensure SOP compliance and uphold store presentation, cleanliness, and operations.
  • Maintain stock accuracy, conduct counts, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee hiring, coach and train team, conduct reviews, and build a positive culture.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and support ad hoc tasks and initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a luxury retail (Fashion, Watches and Jewellery) environment is preferred, with a good sales track record.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, drive sales performance, and lead high‑performing teams in retail environments (preferably luxury/premium).
  • Minimum SPM qualification with Diploma/Degree advantage in relevant fields.
  • Fluent in English with additional languages as a plus for diverse clientele.
  • Maintain polished, confident image aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Deliver personalized experiences and build long‑term client relationships.
  • Analyse sales trends, optimise performance, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Think critically, anticipate challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments and manage internal/external partnerships effectively.
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting and maintain clear communication with management.
  • Coach, motivate, and empower staff while fostering a positive, professional culture.
  • Uphold SOP compliance, maintain store standards, and ensure inventory control.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and festive periods as required.
