Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store.
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Train and develop new employees.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and track employee performance.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • SPM, diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
