Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Executive located in multiple location of Nusajaya, Johor Bahru. The Branch Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory levels. Additional duties include implementing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role requires collaboration with other team members to achieve store goals and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Inventory management and operational experience
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and retail pharmacy operations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in a retail or healthcare setting is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Nutritionist/Dietitian, Diploma in Pharmacy/nursing, or related field is preferred
