Managing the overall activities and operations of Branch to achieve performance target which include sales, marketing and products support services ensuring maximum customers coverage, monitoring market situation, and identifying sales potential of prime product (caterpillar), Associated Products.
Responsible of overall supervision and ensure compliance of standing instruction in all business dealings are carried out systematically without undermining our company's image and to achieve branch profitability by ensuring proper, efficient, effective, safe and economical operations of branch by controlling, directing and motivating all personnel in the branch.
Main coordinator for existing customers, potential customers, head office and product principals in areas of product acceptance and performance, competitive information, and potential market growth.
Responsibilities:
Equipment Sales: Responsible for sales of new / used and rental of prime and associated products. Lead sales team for the optimal and effective customer coverage within branch boundary.
Parts Sales: Responsible for the parts sales of the prime and associated equipment at branch level. Responsible for meeting branch Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on parts sales, inventory barometer and profitability.
Service: Responsible for providing quality and efficient service to our customers. Maximize existing manpower and facility to ensure effective utilization and profitability of service department as per KPIs set by Management.
Administration: Responsible for administrating cash / cheque payment as per Standing Instructions. Responsible to administer all company's asset and comply to finance division instruction and guidelines.
Safety, Health & Environment: Ensure, mentoring and implementation of the HSE programs. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance on all HSE requirement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or Business Administration (major in marketing) with 10 - 14 years of relevant working experience. Alternatively, Diploma holders with 19 - 22 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
Proven leadership experience, with strong management and communication skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
Proficiency in financial analysis and managing multiple P&L statements.
Ability to develop strategic business plans and budgets.
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Experience in heavy equipment and machinery industry is preferred.
